A good realtor will be a real-estate professional with only one job and that's Real-estate. To know value in a home you must be on top of local and national news, politics, finance big and small. What's going on in various areas of the city, what's being built down the street... Real-estate evaluation is a full time job! Again I state... Do not train your realtor! Hire experience!
