Recently more and more clients have told me stories of Inexperienced professional's just not having the proper information when it comes to home evaluation, sales history, Kamloops Red Zones, Zoning, and numerous important aspects of the real-estate industry.
Do not train your realtor! Hire an experienced professional that has the answers that will make your purchase/sale decision an educated decision!
